Our Property

The Gadd Spring Inn is a historic home built by the Gadd family in 1890. The home is now an Inn with 3 suites for our guests. Each suite has its own private entrance and on-site parking.

The suites can be rented individually or as a 4 person group bundle with 2 Suites, or a 6 person group bundle for 6 people and 3 Suites. There is interior access between all units.

A two tiered garden and city park embrace the home on both sides creating a private but fun space to take in the sights.

The Garden Suite is a 700 sq. ft. 2nd floor unit. It is designed for two guests, It is a 1 bedroom with a king bed, ensuite, full modern kitchen, dining area and living room. It has an outdoor deck and an additional outdoor balcony.

Park Suite is a 300 sq. ft. 1st floor unit. It is designed for 2 guests, It has one bedroom with a king bed, ensuite, and kitchenette. It also has an outdoor deck.
Main Street Suite is a 290 sq. Ft.1st floor unit. It has a queen bed, en-suite, kitchenette and a covered front porch. All 3 units have Wifi and Roku TV.

The Garden Suite and Park Suite can be booked under the Airbnb group pack 1 or individually. All 3 Suites will be available soon as a Group pack for 6 people.
